L’invisibile Ovunque

IT/ L’Invisibile Ovunque è una raccolta di quattro racconti di Wu Ming uscita nel 2015 e ambientata nella Prima Guerra Mondiale.Partendo dall’immagine di copertina, due soldati austriaci con strani occhiali e grossi ricevitori alle orecchie, ho disegnato un’illustrazione, trasformata in un clichè per poterla stampare. Ho quindi composto il testo, con caratteri in piombo, utilizzando un frammento della poesia Requiem per la morte dell’Europa, di Yvan Goll.
L’illustrazione è stata poi usata per il merchandising dell’album “Schegge di Shrapnel“, del Wu Ming Contingent.
EN/ L’Invisibile Ovunque is a novel written by Wu Ming
and published in 2015. It’s made by four short stories, set during the
First World War. Starting from the cover picture – two austrian soldiers
with strange glasses and receivers, I realized an illustration and set
up, using lead types, a fragment of the poem Requiem for the Dead of Europe, by Yvan Goll.
The illustration was used also for merchandising of the album “Schegge di Shrapnel“, Wu Ming Contingent.
